In the Brewing Stand menu, you place ingredients in the top box and the potions are created in the bottom three boxes.

To make a Splash Potion of Regeneration (0:45/0:33), you will need 1 Potion of Regeneration (0:45) and 1 gunpowder.

Place the Potion of Regeneration (0:45) in one of the bottom boxes in the Brewing Stand menu. Then add the gunpowder to the top box.
