Hostility Level (Passive)
A skeleton horse is a passive mob. The term mob is short for mobile and is used to refer to all living, moving creatures in the game such as chickens, creepers, and skeleton horses. Because a skeleton horse is a passive mob, it will never attack you in the game (Creative or Survival mode).
Health Points
In Minecraft, a skeleton horse has 7.5 for health. This gives a skeleton horse 15 health points (because 1 heart = 2 health points). To kill a skeleton horse, you need to inflict 15 points of damage.

In Minecraft, skeleton horses occur in the game when a horse is struck by lightning. If you are having trouble finding a skeleton horse, you can summon a skeleton horse using a cheat or you can use a spawn egg.
