/summon command (multiple changes)

Added nameTag option to allow you to create a custom name for a mob
Added elder_guardian_ghost as an entityType (This is an elder guardian floating upwards into the sky until it disappears)
When summoning a bee, you must prefix the entity name with minecraft: (all other entities can still be summoned without the minecraft: prefix).

For example, you can NOT use this syntax to summon a bee:

```
You must USE this syntax when summoning a bee:
```
/summon minecraft:bee
```
