In Minecraft, a spectral arrow is a weapon that you shoot using your bow. After a player or mob has been shot with a spectral arrow, that entity will get the Glowing effect that lasts for 10 seconds.

This effect appears as a bright white outline around the player or mob and can be seen through solid objects such as blocks. If the player is a member of a team, the Glowing outline will be seen as the team color.

When you craft a spectral arrow, the crafting process will create 2 spectral arrows at a time.

How to craft a Spectral Arrow in Survival Mode

1. Open the Crafting Menu

First, open your crafting table so that you have the 3x3 crafting grid that looks like this:

2. Add Items to make a Spectral Arrow

In the crafting menu, you should see a crafting area that is made up of a 3x3 crafting grid. To make a spectral arrow, place 4 glowstone dust and 1 arrow in the 3x3 crafting grid.

When making a spectral arrow, it is important that the glowstone dust and arrow are placed in the exact pattern as the image below. In the first row, there should be 1 glowstone dust in the middle box. In the second row, there should be 1 glowstone dust in the first box, 1 arrow in the second box and 1 glowstone dust in the third box. In the third row, there should be 1 glowstone dust in the middle box. This is the Minecraft crafting recipe for spectral arrows.

Now that you have filled the crafting area with the correct pattern, the 2 spectral arrows will appear in the box to the right.

3. Move the Spectral Arrow to Inventory

Once you have crafted spectral arrows, you need to move the new items to your inventory.
