In the crafting menu, you should see a crafting area that is made up of a 3x3 crafting grid. To make crimson stairs, place 6 crimson planks in the 3x3 crafting grid.

When making crimson stairs, it is important that the crimson planks are placed in the exact pattern as the image below. In the first row, there should be 1 crimson planks in the first box. In the second row, there should be 1 crimson planks in the first box and 1 crimson planks in the second box. In the third row, there should be 3 crimson planks.
