How to make Soap (Compound) in Minecraft

In Minecraft, Soap is one of the compounds that you can craft using the compound creator. It is available in the Chemistry Update for Minecraft Education Edition and has also been added to Minecraft Pocket Edition, Windows 10, Xbox One and Nintendo Switch (if you enable the Education Edition chemistry features in your world).

How to craft Soap
1. Open the Compound Creator Menu
First, open your compound creator so that you have the Compound Creator menu that looks like this:
2. Add Items to make Soap
In the Compound Creator menu, you should see a crafting area that is made up of a 3x3 grid. To make Soap, place 18 Carbon, 35 Hydrogen, 1 Sodium and 2 Oxygen in the 3x3 grid.
When crafting Soap, you can place the elements anywhere in the grid and you will get the same result. In this example, we have placed 18 Carbon, 35 Hydrogen and 1 Sodium in the second row and 2 Oxygen in the third row. This is the Minecraft crafting recipe for the compound called Soap which has the chemical formula of C18H35NaO2.
Now that you have filled the crafting area with the correct elements, the Soap will appear in the output box on the right.
3. Move the Soap to Inventory
Once you have crafted Soap, you need to move the new item to your inventory.
