2. Piglin will Pick up and Examine the Gold item
When a piglin sees a gold item on the ground, it will pick it up in its left hand and examine the gold item for a few seconds.

3. Piglin chooses Gold Item as Weapon
If the piglin switches the gold item to its right hand, that item becomes its new weapon.
Since the piglin prefers gold, it chooses the golden horse armor as its new weapon (replacing its crossbow) and switches the golden horse armor to its right hand.
If the piglin doesn't choose the gold item as its weapon, it will store the gold item in its inventory.
