Example of how to Enchant a Shield
You can enchant a shield that you are holding by using the /enchant command.
For example, you can use the /enchant command to enchant the shield that the player called DigMinecraft is holding with Unbreaking III.
/enchant DigMinecraft unbreaking 3
In this example, unbreaking is the name of the enchantment and 3 is the level of the enchantment to add. The command would result in the shield held by DigMinecraft to be enchanted with Unbreaking III. This enchantment would increase the durability of the shield.
