Example of how to Enchant Boots

You can enchant boots that you are holding by using the /enchant command.

For example, you can use the /enchant command to enchant the boots that the player called DigMinecraft is holding with Feather Falling IV.

/enchant DigMinecraft feather_falling 4

In this example, feather_falling is the name of the enchantment and 4 is the level of the enchantment to add. The command would result in the boots held by DigMinecraft to be enchanted with Feather Falling IV. This enchantment would reduce the damage from falling as well as damage from ender pearl teleportations.
