How to craft a Warped Door in Survival Mode
1. Open the Crafting Menu
First, open your crafting table so that you have the 3x3 crafting grid that looks like this:

In the crafting menu, you should see a crafting area that is made up of a 3x3 crafting grid. To make a warped door, place 6 warped planks in the 3x3 crafting grid.
When making a warped door, it is important that the warped planks are placed in the exact pattern as the image below. There should be 2 warped planks in the first row with the last box empty, 2 warped planks in the second row with the last box empty, and 2 warped planks in the third row with the last box empty. This is the Minecraft crafting recipe for a warped door.
Now that you have filled the crafting area with the correct pattern, the warped doors will appear in the box to the right.
3. Move the Warped Door to Inventory
Once you have crafted warped doors, you need to move the new items to your inventory.
