In Minecraft, mangrove planks is a new item that was introduced in the Wild Update. These wood planks can be used to make many other items in the game. When you make mangrove planks, the crafting process will create 4 mangrove planks at a time. Mangrove planks can also be used as a fuel in a furnace to smelt/cook 1.5 items (1 mangrove planks will burn in a furnace for 15 seconds).

In the crafting menu, you should see a crafting area that is made up of a 3x3 crafting grid. To make mangrove planks, you will need to place specific items in the grid. It is important that the items are placed in the exact pattern as our example images. Changing the pattern of boxes that are filled will change the item that is crafted.
