Where to Find a Woodland Mansion
In Minecraft, a Woodland Mansion is a structure that spawns naturally in the game. It looks like a giant mansion and is only found in the Dark Forest biome.

The outside of the Woodland Mansion is made up of dark oak planks, dark oak wood and cobblestone and it is decorated with large glass windows. The mansion is 3 floors high and filled with many rooms to explore.
Entrance to the Woodland Mansion
There is one entrance to the Woodland Mansion. To go inside, find the cobblestone doorway at the front of the mansion that is lit by 2 torches.
Chests in the Woodland Mansion
Once inside, follow the hallways to find lots of elaborately decorated rooms and explore the stairways to take you to the higher floors in the mansion. Also, look for chests filled with goodies to loot. While some chests are empty, others contain valuable items. In particular, look for the chest behind this cobblestone structure.
Inside this chest, there is a good chance it contains Vex Armor Trim, which you can use to visually customize your armor using a Smithing Table.
Protectors of the Woodland Mansion
The Woodland Mansion is protected by three new mobs called the vindicator, evoker and vex. The vindicator and evoker are a new kind of mob in the game called an illager. These new mobs are found in the top floor of the mansion and are hostile so they will attack you.
Vindicator
A vindicator runs towards you and pulls out an iron axe to strike you with.
Evoker
An evoker is even more powerful than a vindicator. An evoker will move away from you and then attack you by either summoning vexes or performing a fang attack.
Vex
A vex is a small winged mob that is summoned by the evoker. When a vex attacks, it flies towards you and tries to strike you with its iron sword. A vex can be tricky because it can fly through solid objects such as walls in the mansion.
