General Changes
- Increased the world height limit from 128 to 256 blocks
- Wooden bridges now generate inside of Abandoned Mineshafts
- Desert biomes now generate Desert wells which are made of sandstone with a source of water in the middle
- Updated the texture for the dispenser and oak sapling
- Fixed an issue with doors so that double doors work better with redstone
- Fixed an issue with mob spawners showing the correct mob (rather than a pig) in multiplayer
- Fixed an issue with ambience in multiplayer
